Is it safe to say that every network has sold out?

Bush was unpopular b/c of the war — so the media jumped on that bandwagon and bashed him — pulling in the largest crowd.

Obama is very popular — and that popularity has somehow trumped the importance of reporting the excessive price tag of his inauguration. Maybe b/c they want to sell papers/mags/advertising?
– Privately funded $40 million…taxpayers picked up the rest of the tab.

My question is — where can we get reliable information from journalists who value journalistic integrity and value fact-checking over shotgun printing?
