I recently just heard that sometimes when you have a phone interview with a pharmaceutical company that it is just a training exercise for those giving the interview. Has anyone ever heard of this? Meaning that the interview wasn't real at all and they weren't necessarily considering you to begin with.

i received a job offer from a well known car company and they have a great salary for their training program. i dont know if i would be interested in selling cars but i was just wondering if anyone knew what kind of training you received.
i am definatly not interested in selling cars it's not my thing but i would be interested in the so-called guaranteed $6,000 weekly training. that's why i was wondering.
