This is a 'fake' person set up on dating sites, to lure men to a paid site. Once they join, they'll be charged to email, chat, or phone the lady, via a translator. The 'fake' site is set up so real people can only see the in-house 'fakes', and not other real people! This is fraud, and being conducted by Russian criminals. The URL changes, and multiple URLs are in use at any given time, but the sites look basically the same. Avoid any site that offers 'paid translations'. Do not let a lady …
