MLM training consists of motivation, self motivation and motivation of your downline. This is a important form of MLM training. When a person is not motivated enough, he will be easily affected by rejections and he will give up easily when faced with an obstacle.
As a Network Marketer, you engage in sales and recruitment, if you are not motivated, you will be able to last in the industry long enough to taste the fruits of success. Furthermore motivate your downline to do sales.
Self-motivation may be difficult, when you do not know what is important to you. But once you can find the thing that is very important to you, you will be able to motivate yourself.
Here are some points you can use to motivate yourself when you start feeling dejected, overworked, or down.
Tip 1: Do What Matters Most
Most of the new marketers tend to postpone doing things they dislike. But those things may be very crucial and important in your progress. Therefore you should set and prioritise your goals, and ask yourself what matters to you the most. And when you really see the things that matter to you most, you will have to put them in your to-do list as priority
Tip 2: Make them a Habit
This should be part of your MLM training progress, learning to develop good habits.
Even for things you don’t like, continue doing it, after awhile they becomes a habit and a routine. Just like doing cold calls, many people **** doing cold calls, but if you keep doing it continuously for 1 month, it will too become a habit.

Assuming the recruit is OK with it.
EDIT: Here's the layout: A recruiter very high in the levels of a matrix MLM signs up a distributer. The recruiter pays for both the signup fees and the cost of the product per month. (recruit gives nothing but their name & SS#) The recruit receives a percentage of the product (say 20% per month) and also a percentage (20%) of their own profit plus a percentage (40%) to offset tax loss. It seems like a win win for both parties. The recruiter gets another person in their downline as well as a large amount of the recruits earnings and the recruit gains a percentage of the "earnings." It seems they will both become profitable assuming they are high in the levels. Question remains, is it legal?

I was lead to believe that traveling from city to city giving presentations and putting up flyers was the fastest way to get new prospects and build a downline as well as sell products. So what is true? My upper line just said yes, but someone here said NO WAY

Lets say you lived in the abc region and you grew your mlm business to have 100 reps.
Now those 100 reps will need lots of people in their organization… and those people will need lots of people in their organization.
And all the reps will need people to buy product off of them. So their is a limit to the amount of distrubutors the ABC region can hold. We all agree on this no? But mlm people don't seem to realize this is the number one reason my mlm is set up to fail.
Now, I also realise that every mlm person is hanging on to the fact that the mlm company will open up in the def region and the ghi region and the jkl region…. but does this ever work out? Please be honest with yourselves….
I like how mlm people are not answering my question. Even if you have all the front line people you want… your downline still needs to recruit and there are only so many recruits an area can have. Sure you can expand into other areas… but there are already reps in that area… expanding into virgin territory? That is a pipedream.
I also like how mlm people brag about how many distributors are in their organization. KC brags that there are 140,000 people in his company. That is 140,000 people he is competing against!! If someone were to sign up today, they would have to compete against 140,000 from day one!!

Here is another funny answer I like to here from mlmers when asked to explain how supply and demand doesn't apply to them: "You are getting too caught up in the numbers and if you do that, you will fail."

I am involved in a company where all the numbers line up well, I really enjoy the products and services (used them before I ever got in the business side) and I am beginning to sign up people.
The issue I am having however is that the opportunity is presented where I stand to do really well by signing up only 3 people in my downline who also do the same for 7 levels deep.
Here is the problem i see…for this to work, those people on my 7th level must all have the same opportunity as I do, and their 7th level people must have the same opportunity as well. Well, at my level 25, using a 3×3 matrix, that requires over 847 million people!!! So, that is never going to happen…so it seems like ALL Network Marketing/MLM Companies have this same problem that the opportunity can not continue to grow and are destined to fail.
Help me understand how any Network Marketing/MLM company doesn't have the same problem? All answers greatly appreciated.
